Farmhouse Restoration
This project was a complete interior renovation of an 1852 farmhouse. The second floor and living room of the house were completely gutted. The 2nd floor ceiling was re-framed, the electrical was completely upgraded and new windows were installed throughout. Three new vented skylights were installed and the wide pine floors were fully restored. The bathroom floor framing was repaired, the living room and second floor got new recessed lighting, the family room, kitchen and bathroom were completely re-trimmed. A new heating system and wood-burning stove were installed. New interior doors were installed and the entire house was repainted. The exterior siding & trim were repaired and painted as necessary.
